Welcome to the Gryphena community. This agreement is more than just legal fine print; it is a bond of trust between us and every discerning pet owner who values quality. By accessing our site or selecting one of our creations, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. The Gryphena Standard

We are committed to providing the pinnacle of sensory pet toys. While we strive to accurately represent the textures, colors, and dynamic sound effects of our works on screen, slight aesthetic variations may occur due to lighting or display settings. Such uniqueness is the hallmark of premium sensory design.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Integrity

All content on this site—including but not limited to original industrial designs, electronic sound samples, brand visual systems, and creative copy like "Play Smarter, Love Better"—remains the exclusive intellectual property of Gryphena.

  • Any form of duplication, secondary development, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited. We are dedicated to protecting our creative heritage.

3. Professional Use & Safety Advisory

  • Supervised Play: Our toys are engineered for high-end interactive experiences. While we utilize reinforced materials, no toy is indestructible. We advise owners to supervise their pets during initial play sessions.

  • Liability Limitation: Gryphena is not liable for damages resulting from improper use (e.g., electronic component failure due to submersion in water, or destruction by breeds for which the toy was not intended).

4. Order Integrity & Pricing

  • Security Audits: To protect our loyal customers and prevent fraud, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear suspicious (e.g., bulk bot purchases or unverified addresses).

  • Pricing Covenant: All prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refine our product line or adjust pricing structures; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

5. Privacy & Data Ethics

Your data is as precious as your pet. We only collect information essential to enhancing your shopping experience. Your personal details will never be sold to third-party marketing agencies.

6. Governance & Jurisdiction

This covenant is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. In the event of a dispute, we advocate for resolution through Concierge-level dialogue first. Should an agreement not be reached, disputes will be submitted to the local courts in Santa Barbara, California.
