We understand that sometimes, despite the most thoughtful design, a choice may not be the perfect fit. To address this, we have established a return process rooted in trust and professional care.

30-Day Aesthetic Guarantee

From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to decide if our design harmonizes with your home and your pet’s lifestyle.

  • Condition for Return: To ensure the hygiene and safety of our entire pet community, returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

  • Hygiene Exception: For health and safety reasons, products that show signs of play (such as bite marks, saliva contact, or fur) cannot be accepted for return or exchange once used.

The Perfectionist’s Clause

If you receive a creation with any manufacturing defect or a malfunction in the electronic components (e.g., sound sensor failure):

  • Please contact our Concierge Team immediately.

  • At Gryphena, quality defects are unacceptable. We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

The Return Journey

  1. Initiate: Email service@gryphena.com with your order number.

  2. Authorization: Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Restoration of Value: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Personalized Resolution

If your pet shows a complete lack of interest in a specific sound or scent (like our organic catnip) due to their unique temperament, please don't be discouraged. Reach out to our advisors—we prefer to offer behavioral guidance or product exchange alternatives rather than a simple refund. Our ultimate goal is your pet’s happiness.

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a quality defect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
