This feedback triggers a cat’s natural hunting frequency, keeping them intensely focused without being overwhelmed by noise.
Q: Will the catnip inside lose its potency? What if my cat stops showing interest? A: Catnip is a natural botanical, and its aromatic molecules dissipate over time. If your cat’s interest wanes, try gently rubbing the toy's surface with a damp cloth to re-activate the oils within the fibers. Additionally, we recommend "resting" the toy in a sealed box for a few days before reintroducing it. This "lost and found" novelty is a highly effective way to extend the play cycle.
Q: Are your toys truly indestructible for all cats and dogs? A: We must be honest: in the pet world, no toy is truly indestructible. While we use reinforced stitching and heavy-duty fabrics, any material has its limits against a determined predator. Our value lies in safety—even if a toy is torn, we ensure the internal fill and electronics are multi-layered to minimize ingestion risks. Q: Can I toss the electronic toy directly into the washing machine? A: We strongly advise against this. Electronic components are highly sensitive to water and the mechanical stress of a spin cycle. To protect the toy’s "vocal heart," we recommend spot-cleaning the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then letting it air dry in the shade. Direct sunlight can also accelerate the loss of catnip essential oils.
Q: What happens when the battery dies? Can I replace it myself? A: Out of an abundance of caution for pet safety, we utilize a non-replaceable, sealed battery compartment. This design prevents button cells from accidentally falling out during vigorous play, which could lead to fatal ingestion. Our low-power chips are designed to last for thousands of chirps—usually, the fabric's lifespan will be ready for a refresh by the time the battery is exhausted.

Q: How is my order packaged? I am buying this as a gift. A: Every Gryphena order arrives in "Gift-Grade" packaging by default. Q: Can I return the toy if my cat shows no reaction to it? A: We completely understand that every pet’s personality is unique. We accept returns within 30 days if the toy is in brand-new, unopened, and unused condition. However, if a pet has performed a "deep field test," we cannot accept it back due to community hygiene and safety standards.
